At ModestyMeansMore, we want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria:
To be accepted, all returns must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be tried on indoors only, with minimal handling

• Must be returned in strictly original condition unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and completely free from fragrance, odors, makeup stains, deodorant marks, or other signs of wear

• All original tags and protective packaging must be intact and returned with the item

• Items must be posted back within 14 calendar days of the delivery date

Important Notes:

• Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted or refunded.

• We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items under any circumstances.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

• We recommend using a tracked service, we are not liable for any returns lost in transit.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected, typically within 5–10 business days.

• We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our policy.
